The Zoo-Aquarium Berlin has been one of Berlin's sights since its opening in 1913. The house is located at Olof-Palme-Platz on Budapester Straße in Berlin's Tiergarten district. It is directly connected to the Zoological Garden via a passageway. In some cases, amphibians, reptiles, insects and spiders are shown in large landscape basins with bank structures decorated down to the bottom, along with fish and other aquatic animals. This makes the Berlin Aquarium one of the richest in species in the world.
